(D) Consulate/Embassy Service:
the Firm will send an attorney to accompany client(s) to the visa

It is suggested an
attorney accompany the client since the interview is often the difference
between being approved or denied for a visa.
Many times an alien has a petition or change of status approved in the U.S. but
is denied for a visa at the consulate or embassy due to the fact that the
client does not answer questions satisfactorily.
